What? In this fun week-long camp, students will explore creative writing to make their own handwritten books. Those who love creating characters, writing prose or poetry, or find themselves wanting to share personal stories will enjoy this unique opportunity to showcase their talent. Along with spoken word poetry, magical realism, and exploring other genres, students will learn how to bind and physically make their own handbound books.
All are welcome, and there's no experience necessary to join in on the fun! This camp experience will give students confidence in their writing ability and new tools to create their own handmade books.
The camp runs daily from July 28 - Aug. 1.
