Michelle Mary Schaefer is an award-winning Actor, Screenwriter, Director, Filmmaker, Intimacy Coordinator who is Deaf. Schaefer breaks barriers within the industry while she values authentic stories and representation on screen and stage. She also is the CEO of Annabelle Louise Productions where the award-winning company is dedicated to bring diverse and compelling narratives to audiences worldwide. Melissa Harris, a professional American Sign Language interpreter for 25+ years, will support the discussion.
