What? Come meet the nonprofits working every day to ensure the well-being of our region’s four legged companions. Join Foundation For The Carolinas for a meaningful conversation on animal welfare and the impact it has on our community. Hear from local nonprofit leaders who are expanding access to care, supporting families through fostering and adoption programs, advancing therapy animal initiatives and creating new ways to strengthen the bond between people and pets.
Guests are invited to arrive early for an interactive animal experience from 9–10 a.m., featuring adoptable pets and therapy animals from local nonprofit partners.
This event is open to the public, so please bring a friend or colleague who may be interested int his topic or would like to learn more about the Foundation and our partners. Following the discussion, we will host a brief reception featuring some of our furry friends. We invite you to stay and engage with them.
Parking is available at prevailing rates in surrounding garages. We encourage attendees to use the Truist parking deck located between 5th and 6th Streets.
